Through hazard insurance taken out on the property listing you as the beneficiary. |

Through a title insurance policy being taken out on the property. |

By making multiple short term loans. |

By having a quit-claim deed prepared by a third party title company deeding the property into your name. |
Our investors lend us money from trusts, savings, and from self-directed IRA’s. By using your existing 401k\IRA you would be able to invest with us by writing private first mortgage notes, and earning 12% on your money, tax-free or tax-deferred (depending on whether your IRA is a Roth or Traditional).
